Good heat at lowest setting, but very thin material, December 31, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Sunbeam BW1244-030-757 Heated Electric Fleece Blanket, King, Seashell (Misc.) We've used this blanket less than a week, and I'm mostly happy with it. It gives off a lot of heat, even at the lowest setting. The controls are easy to use and read, and the auto-off feature works as advertised. My only issue is that the material is so thin that you can really feel the wires. (We have the blanket between the sheet and duvet.) They don't create hot spots; it's just an odd feeling. For the price, though, it was a great purchase.

This electric blanket arrived defective. The unit continues to flash and when I googled, I see many others have the same problem with this Sunbeam product. Besides that, the blanket is very thin and you can feel the cord. I would never buy it again or recommend it.
